Thank you for considering being a part of the inaugural QC Flavor Fest!
Common Chord is inviting you to have your restaurant represented and to engage with our guests during the event.
You will be among a small (roughly 15) number of feature local restaurants and food trucks featured at this premiere event. Our invited presenters will compete for the coveted title of Quad Cities Favorite while engaging with new potential customers. We aim for attendance of 250+, and we are targeted engaged, community-minded individuals that appreciate local creatives and endeavor to support local.
The ticketed fundraiser event will also feature local musical talent and exciting auction items.
Your participation in the event will help us launch this community event, raise much needed funds to support music education in our community for the kids who need it most, and will give our attendees the chance to taste your offerings and personally interact with you and your staff. We believe this will be an excellent collaboration!
We are asking our participating restaurants to donate small samples to share with our guests. (Think at least ‘bite-sized’, but larger is welcome!) The attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites, and near the end of the evening we will announce the winner(s). We will provide table space for each restaurant, and hope that you or your staff will attend to personally present your food and interact with our guests.
The event will be promoted through widespread media coverage through our Media Sponsor, Townsquare Media & 97X FM. In addition, your restaurant will be featured in a series of paid social media advertisements, e-mail newsletters, and promotions in other media (broadcast television and newspaper).
